Waited over 20 minutes for are small order. The large fry came undercooked and soggy. Wife's Big Mac was cold and the son's sandwich was cold as well. The nuggets were the only bright spot. We are from out of state. The lobby was busy so we didn't confront anyone and just delt with it. View all feedback.
