Thanks so much for my wonderful vegan and gluten free menu on Friday evening, it was perfect
I adore the food, service and atmosphere of Choux. Its menu is always so delicately exquisite and full of wonderful seasonal surprises.
Knowledgeable- and authentic staff, GREAT food, above average wine-food pairing, edgy and cool interior and lovely atmosphere. The food was impeccable (great price- quality ratio).
We were really looking forward to this meal since we heard good things and had high expectations- and Choux did not disappoint. I even made the mistake of assuming all dishes would be vegetarian (not true and they accommodated me last minute which was incredible. All the staff we interacted with were excellent! Special shout out to Igor and their customer service- it was above and beyond : The food was full of flavour, with really creative combinations which are rare to find in plant first cooking. All the dishes were so beautifully presented, and staff took their time explaining them to us which we appreciated. I only have the picture of the first course because we genuinely were just took busy enjoying all the others the moment they arrived! Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
It was a great experience and time at Choux. Especially, their vegetarian forward dishes made our evening. The selection of ingredient, freshness and the presentation was great. We did wine pairing as well and the wines were great and well paired with the dishes served. Many kudos to the people who served, it felt an experience at home with friends. So chill, so comforting yet very delicious. Loved it! Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: It is vegetarian forward, so many dishes were based on vegetables. Some dishes had fish or meat touches but they always ask and adjust on your own wish.
