The result was nothing short of amazing – it was the most beautiful and delicious cake I could have hoped for! They truly went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. I traveled from Ohio specifically to try a variety of pastries from this bakery. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service was quite disappointing. The staff members were incredibly rude.
