I recently had the pleasure of using The Caboose BBQ for two events, and they truly exceeded my expectations. The first was my chancellor choir banquet, where they catered for 90 people. Everything was served quickly and efficiently, and everyone agreed it was the best meal we've had in recent years. We recently moved back to the area and decided to try this restaurant, but we were very disappointed. We ordered the brisket nachos, and they didn’t include the sour cream or guacamole. We had to ask for those, and by the time we received them, we were already halfway through the nachos.
