While in Iowa, I stayed in a hotel nearby and asked the receptionist for a good place to eat. She recommended Jethros BBQ and I am so happy I listened to her! The food was absolutely awful!! The cheese quesadilla had only tortilla and cheese. There was no salad, no salsa, no sour cream. When I asked the waitress, she said they usually come with meat. It felt like I was being punished for ordering without meat. Who just eats cheese?! The quesadillas were soggy, barely had any cheese, and nothing else.
