When we ordered our soft drink, we weren't told that they had no ice. So we were handed a soda that was warm. My daughter asked for sauce with her chicken strips and got no sauce. I ordered chicken littles which they didn't even bother to put on the order. When I spoke with the manager, she did refund my money but only after listing a number of excuses for their mistakes.
