Great service makes all the difference. We just went through the Alton store and ordered two sandwiches. We only realized they weren't made correctly after we drove away. We went back and took our sandwiches inside to tell them. The manager was so sweet. They apologized for the mistake, immediately made it right for both sandwiches, and offered cookies, too.
