I am a costumer of this coffee shop in Jerseyville Illinois on a regular basis. Usually they do an amazing job. But today I was a little disappointed. I ordered my coffee and I sat at the window a really long time while my coffee sat on the counter by the window and by the time I finally got it the whipped cream was halfway melted .
