Over a week ago we went to Fred's Old Fashioned Burger. I had a quarter pound Burger with bacon and my husband had the same but larger one. Came with delicious fries and a drink. It was great and very quick. Service is always friendly. View all feedback.

Wife and I have been taking the drive up to Alpine to eat at Fred's for years now. Sadly since they've reopened under new(er) management recently the staff seems.. a bit rough around the edges and menu less diverse. Also twice now I've called before taking the 45 minute drive up the hill and was told the dining room would be open only to get up there to find it locked with a sign that says drive thru only.
