Terrible service. Either a manager or team leader said to a junior member of staff, I don 't mean to be patronising but... Then went on to be very patronising. Felt sorry for the young member of staff having a colleague looking to pick fault and be abusive rather than mentoring and helping younger staff. Power trip, huge ego.
