What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I ordered lunch from this restaurant and my order arrived within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the driver forgot to include the cookie I had ordered. When I contacted the restaurant, they not only gave me a refund for the missing item, but also sent another person to deliver not just 1, but 3 cookies.
