Harold's is one of my favorite restaurants. My family and I have been going there for special occasions for years, and we love it. Everyone has their favorite dishes from the menu, but we can all agree on the taters—they're so good that we don't share! I've never had anything like them. We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It's understandable to be short-staffed, and we appreciated the person who greeted us, but not having anyone to seat us at 4:00 PM was unacceptable. As a result, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We ended up at our favorite restaurant just down the street, where the service and food are both excellent. Service rating: 1.
