Decent spot to get your hand-pulled noodle cravings in! I will say SGV has a lot of great shaanxi restaurants, so it’s hard to give out higher ratings, but overall this place was good. The flavor was good however the noodles weren't as chewy as I've had in other places. That was what I was really hoping for. It was average and I wouldn't go out of the way for this. The protein portion was better than I've had in other places. The restaurant is fairly deep and there is a lot space inside. The server was indifferent to us.
