I ordered pizza, wings, and a salad. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't taste very good, and the wings were terrible—dry and overcooked. The salad looked like an afterthought, as if it were a free addition to the meal. I was really disappointed and won't be ordering from here again. Papa Saverio's is a much better and cheaper option. This was my second time ordering lasagna from this location, and unfortunately, I'm left disappointed once again. I've never had issues like this at the Arizona location. The lasagna was excessively salty, making it nearly inedible, and the cannoli was frozen and hard. I thought the first time might have been a fluke due to a different cook, but it was the same problem this time. The cheese was simply too salty. I won't be ordering from here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Rosati's location. I ordered a medium pizza, but when I got home, it was hard and tasted stale. I tried to contact the owner, and when Sunny finally called me back, he was rude and unprofessional. He told me I should have picked up the pizza earlier. He offered a $10 discount on my next visit, but since I was hoping for a replacement pizza, I declined. His response was simply, "Well, don’t come back to Rosati." I will never spend another dollar at this place. It’s frustrating that they don’t seem to value customer satisfaction. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I love this Rosati's location since my office is nearby, so I stop by for slices every week. I've been coming here since I was a kid back in Schaumburg, and the food never disappoints. The Canadian bacon can sometimes vary, but they always serve it in the thin slices, which is exactly how I like it!
