What Good Vibes dislikes about Chick-fil-a:
I love Chick-fil-A, and this location started off great. However, I recently ordered my usual spicy deluxe meal from the drive-thru, and the fries were nearly cold, while the sandwich was quite salty. The Coke was very diluted, barely tasting like cola. I wouldn’t normally leave a review, but this has happened multiple times now. I’ve spent my money and am left hungry at 9 PM, so I have to go to Taco Bell instead. On... View all feedback.
Great Chick-fil-A, they have best service of any fast food, and great tasting food.
Hate the new drive thru. No way to escape when you pick a line. No way to get out if you decide not to order and want to leave. Terrible design.
I’m a die hard Chick Fil A fan and have never had to complain about their service or their food. Recently, we visited this location and ordered breakfast through the drive through. We were on our way for an appointment so we didn’t have time to take their rock hard biscuit back to them. When I told them about it, nothing. They didn’t apologize. They didn’t offer to replace it. The girl that was working the morning of Saturday, January 27th with dark hair let Chick fil a’s legendary customer service fail. An apology would have gone a long way. We only mentioned it to be sure we didn’t get another ancient and stale biscuit. I’ll continue to be a chick fil a fan but thankfully not at this location.
