Was Mimi Herg at Milly's a mag?
Living in Albuquerque our whole lives, Hubby and I tried it for the first time. Food was amazing and the service was great. Will be returning for more Millys Brunch and French toast ! View all feedback.
What gsnow dislikes about Milly's:
I am not one to ever write poor reviews. However, today my family’s dining experience was completely ruined by terrible service. We walked in and sat down only to be completely ignored by the wait staff while others who were clearly regulars were getting instant service. We eventually had to ask for service after sitting for over 10-15 minutes. Food was nothing to write home about. Will not be back. View all feedback.
It was quite busy when we arrived, but we were seated immediately. After placing our order, we noticed an influx of new diners who were also seated promptly. However, after quite a while, we observed that several people who came in after us were already enjoying their meals. My coffee cup was empty, and we had been trying to get the attention of our waitress. Eventually, as most of the other customers finished up and left, we managed to reach our waitress and let her know we still hadn't received our order. It turned out that our ticket had been misplaced, so our food hadn’t been prepared. However, the staff was very responsive and took care of us right away, turning a frustrating situation around. I just wish the waitress had checked in with us more frequently to notice that we were out of drinks and had been waiting for our food for quite some time.
My favorite dish is the breakfast enchiladas with bacon. Who wouldn't love them? They're like a Christmas gift for your taste buds!
It occurred two weeks in a row—on both occasions, two of the waitstaff were not paying close attention to the orders. The food was not served simultaneously, and there were instances of incorrect dishes being brought out. Additionally, instead of addressing the issues, the staff found themselves justifying their actions and arguing with the guests.
Super yummy meals! A nice place to gather with the fam for breakfast! Highly recommended! An Albuquerque culinary gem!
