Staff were very friendly. Our server was awesome. The food is okay, what I expected from an Applebees. All except one kids burger which was way too small even for a kids burger, the server quickly fixed it.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu
I should have gone against my better judgment. We ordered a sirloin steak barely ate any of it. I guess I was expecting something like Outback or Texas Roadhouse. We ordered 3 appetizers, which almost no one ate. So my daughter took maybe three bites of the brown over cooked steak. She's 8, and she said she couldn't eat anymore. She actually woke up sick the next morning and threw up 4 times. It was brutal. We will never eat at apple bees.
Wonderful food and service. The waitress was terrific and very respectful. Went with my in laws and husband. Will go again and recommend this place. Food was hot and very good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was so good and juicey.Kid-friendliness: The ladies where so nice and kind to the kids that where around.
(Tip) When ordering delivery, it's better to use the Applebee's website, as DoorDash prices are higher along with additional fees. You can't go wrong with the riblets and Fiesta Lime Chicken, and the mozzarella sticks are also excellent. However, the steaks consistently arrive undercooked. I always request them well done, but they usually come out pink to rare. If you're looking for a treat, definitely try the Blondie—it's a delightful dessert made with maple butter and walnuts!
Our waitress visited our table only once. We ordered our food and drinks, but she never returned. Other staff members brought out our food, but we never received our drinks. The food was cold, and my boyfriend didn't even get what he ordered. Normally, we wouldn't ask to speak with a manager, but we did this time. The manager, who we believe was named Jessica, was polite and understanding. She handled the situation very well!
