Subway - Albany

What User likes about Subway:
I really enjoy this Subway location. Whether I order in person or online, I always receive excellent service. Typically, the female manager is there and knows exactly what I like, but recently I encountered a new employee who is doing a fantastic job. I would be disappointed if I had to go to any other location. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Subway:
I don’t live nearby, but this Subway location has been the worst and most unfriendly I’ve encountered. If I’m paying for something, I expect to receive it how I want it, not how the staff decides to give it to me. It felt like a tug-of-war just to get the extra dressing and crackers, for which I paid an additional $0.50 for each cup. They claimed that only one cup of dressing comes with the large salad.
