Occasionally they make a mistake in the order. Occasionally it isn't completely up to their regular standards. It's run my human beings, not robots. It's one of 3 go-to places for us based upon delivery times, flavor, prep, and reliability. We probably order 40 times a year. I will have mild complaints twice. That I should do so well at my job! The food wasn't bad but not worth the hassle. I was told it would be an hour wait for my food. Cool. 3 hours later it arrived but I didn't get any fresh since I had fallen asleep. Don't order food at 8pm if you have to be up early I guess. No refund or discount offered. Fine. but I did get quite the opposite. I was double charged and ovetdrafted. ? which they also had no solution for. Bad business. View all feedback.
