Chick-fil-a - Akron

What Ashley Robinson likes about Chick-fil-a:
This is my first time here I'm pretty impressed. They appear to be fully staffed, everyone was super friendly (even the woman sweeping up the drive-thru greeting customers with a smile as they passed), organized efficient. I get around to pay the cashiers in a sling!? It did not slow her down in the least. Food could have been a tadbit warmer but it was still good and I'm not mad about it. What Matt J doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
This place always forgets portions of your order then you have to call and be on hold forever for a complimentary coupon. Then the next time we order the forget another item! You cannot make this stuff up! Only reason we go here is because our kids love chick fil a. Yet another Fairlawn restaurant ruined by poor service!
