I enjoy desserts, and usually look for new places to try. I was in Ajman with my family, and chose to try out Floe for their desserts. It's a cute little place and can literally accommodate four people at a time. For one, the staff wasn't able to communicate in English and lack knowledge of what they are selling. The waffles are yumm! Had been at floe twice and never got disappointed. The menu options are great and whatever i have tried tasted delicious!
Dessert O’ Clock Evening’s done deliciously right by ordering some desserts from @floe.uae . Having a variety to choose from I wanted to have em’ all, but we settled on these goodies instead. ‘Sushi Crepe w/ Cheese and Chips’: at first I was hesitant to try this due to the combination of fruits with cheese and chips but was I wrong. The crepes were filled with cream cheese and omani chips (folks living in the middle east iykyk) and generously served with strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and blackberries. Loved the punch and crunch of the chips with the mellow cheese and slight sweetness of the crepes, gotta stuff your mouth in one go with this. Next up are the ‘Cheesecake Jars’: we went for Nutella and Kinder, oh boyyy the chocolate gave us the sugar rush we needed. The light layers of biscuit, creaminess of the cheese with the chocolate combined is too good!. These jars are recommended, loved the texture of @floe.uae ‘s cheesecakes. A sweet and decadent memory indeed.

We asked for suggestions, and were told their best seller is the Soft Cookie We ordered the Soft Cookie, Toblerone Crepe and a Mango Ice Cream. The crepe was good, could use a little extra filling. The Mango Ice Cream was the best and hit the spot. The Soft Cookie was nowhere close to soft. It seemed overbaked and gotten hard over time. The manager did acknowledge and gave us a discount on our bill. If you are charging such high prices, at least make it worthwhile.
