My husband and I both enjoyed our dining at Manix.The waitress was very friendly and made us feel right at home in this old-world style restaurant. There is a terrific mural outside and striking indigenous portraits inside.You can have the fish or shrimp any way you like. My husband had the shrimp panko-breaded - juicy inside and crispy outside. After reading all the great reviews about Manix, my partner and I were excited to go there for date night. I'm sorry to say that we were very disappointed — there are so many amazing restaurants in Ajijic, this was the first that truly missed the mark.
