The dining experience was excellent, and the half-priced wings on Thursday are a great deal. Be sure to try the half nachos as well; they come in a generous portion. Many restaurants offer this option, but few do it as well. View all feedback.

Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We had to complain several times about the poor service. While the portion of nachos we ordered as an appetizer was large, it could have used more ingredients. The overall service was slow, but the rest of our meal was decent. View all feedback.
We went on a Friday night and it wasn't busy at all. My wife and I ordered fajitas for two, and no complaint. In fact it was pretty good, with quick service. The problem is, the atmosphere was just...boring. A place like Jack Astor's just seems to be more 'fun', even though it might be a bit noisy. Or for a quiet dinner I can go to the Keg, and the one in Ajax is excellent. The Kelsey's in Pickering closed recently and I think this one will too eventually. The restaurant business isn't easy and Kelsey's doesn't quite 'cut it'
Went with a friend the other night during the week, and although the staff were very nice the service to receive and order food was poor even though the restaurant didn't seem very busy. The food in itself though was good, no complaints there. Personal favorite was the funnel cake fries. May return some day but not soon.
Called late on June 18th to get a reservation. Very surprised that they were accepting late reservations. No problem getting seating for 8 people. The service was excellent. Kitchen was very busy so the meals were slightly delayed. All of the meals were warm and tasty. I had the Fish and Chips. Decided to go for 2 fish, big mistake. Not that it was bad just that I could not eat both pieces of fish. All of the meals were rated very good and done to the clients request. Refills were quick with several follow ups on food etc. We were pleasantly surprised with the evening. Will be back soon but go for the smaller portion.
