What V dislikes about Krokos:
Service and atmosphere were good, starters also. Fish was terrible with no side dish. We ordered medium beef, but got very well done. Meat was served with tasteless salad from a supermarket. Truly a disappointment. View all feedback.

They don't a vegan menu anymore. I asked the waiter what I could get and he was really helpful and knowledgeable about veganism. Always nice to eat at a place that's essentially well run. Food is good and definitely above average for a town that needs to cater to an endless stream of tourists. Atmosphere is actually quite nice, too. The staff give the impression that they enjoy their work and they get along together (and with the boss) too. Oh, and increasingly rare, but still possible here: a half liter bottle of wine (decanted in the restaurant). Let's face it a full bottle is a bit much for many couples (certainly for us), but it's nice to be able to have an extra glass. Staff spoke English, too, and were friendly and hospitable. Keep it up, Krokos!
