Cafe Como - Adelaide
Cafe Como
Description
Nestled in the heart of the city, this Persian restaurant offers a tempting array of flavors, from marinated kebabs to hearty stews. While some patrons rave about the authentic dishes and friendly staff, others lament a troubling experience marked by slow service, lukewarm food, and questionable hygiene practices. Diners have described instances of cold, reheated meals, lengthy waits, and unappetizing buffet offerings. Despite its charming ambiance and reasonable prices, the inconsistencies in food quality and service have led some to question their safety. A visit may hold the promise of delicious Persian cuisine, but caution is advised.

Deli/Cafe - Sells coffee, soft drinks, pies, baked goods, hot chips, hot dogs Free WiFi - It's a hotspot Cigarettes - Slightly above retail price, but
Food was ok - nothing we can't get better elsewhereService was slowNot really good value for money either way.
It was purely a first and ONLY dining experience in my book. We were served reheated, multiple times deep fried frozen food to the point that the colour of the meat is next to charcoal. We felt literally sick after the meal. The food on the buffet table looked old and was sitting there from the morning- as if it was covered with Salmonella. We barely got served with tap water, as if we had to beg for it. As I've mentioned, first and ONLY experience...consider yourself warned. It's your call.
The kebabs at this restaurant are the best in town. The pricing for the "all you can eat buffet" is very good and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
