Our group of 7 shared a large sea bass baked in salt cooked to perfection and delicious with just olive oil and lemon. Good local white wine and starters of lightly fried tender shrimp and pasta with clams were excellent too. Popular and noisy but that's the local atmosphere here. Do go if in the area. We were a party of four of which 3 work in hospitality. This is a great find if you're wondering how bad the service can be in Sicily. Unnecessary unpleasantness, plates being thrown from afar, no effort whatsoever to understand you even though we speak basic Italian.
