We went there around supper time, on a Sunday, during winter vacation. The view is amazing and the cliff divers are very skilled, but the restaurant is horrible. The service was horrible and the food was quite average. And also you need to pay a fee before you eat to eat there either a three course package with basic options or a cover fee which were quite expensive.
