Family traveling south on interstate 95 suggested that Panera in Abingdon would be a convenient stopover for them meet us. Service was prompt and efficient. There were well spaced tables so we could catch up and not disturb other patrons. I enjoyed a richly natural cold brew. Others had fresh coffee and tea. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panera. Service was bad , the cashier got our order wrong and had to be rung up three separate times and then when we got our food it was still wrong. My half of chicken salad sandwich that was five dollars didn’t even have a half a teaspoon of chicken salad on it .Very disappointing View all feedback.
