Mcdonald's - Abingdon

What User likes about Mcdonald's:
I have never been disappointed with this place. When driving up to the restaurant, we had to circle the building to park and order because there were no cars between the ordering board and the pickup window. The process of taking orders was very slow. Once inside, there were 4 self-service kiosks, but only one was working. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
They used to be great, but now I frequently experience errors with my order and others'. When the restaurant is busy, the staff acknowledges customers but does not take orders promptly. It would be nice if they at least acknowledged customers who prefer not to use the automated ordering system. Some customers still pay with cash occasionally. View all feedback.
