Fryer was broke so they couldn 't make anything chicken, but somehow could still make fries... unless you want curly fries because they were out. They also want... read more Fryer was broke so they couldn 't make anything chicken, but somehow could still make fries... unless you want curly fries because they were out. They also wanted full drink price when requesting a cup for water (I have been here dozens of times since they 've opened in this location and never was refused a cup for water and told I would have to buy a drink at full menu price).

They... read more Hardee’s changed their burger menu, burger sizes, and got rid of onion rings. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered had no flavor at all. The fries were soggy. They changed the fry containers so you get less fries. It cost me $22 for two burgers and a large fry that was not even delicious in the slightest. Very disappointed with the Hardee’s changes.

Went to Hardee's for breakfast. Cone in Drive thru again, so no service there. Inside 8 people were waiting for their orders. My sausage breakfast platter came... read more Went to Hardee's for breakfast. Cone in Drive thru again, so no service there. Inside 8 people were waiting for their orders. My sausage breakfast platter came up. CJ tried to hand it to me with no bag or utensils. Went out to the truck, no hashbrowns on platter. Went back inside to show them. Then went back out to put sausage in the biscuit. It was soo flat. They couldn't open it so they threw it in. Went inside to complain again. Love's managers took care of me. Left to head home. Assembled my biscuit and only had 1 egg portion instead of 2. What a mess! I know businesses are short handed but if you don't train them how are they or you ever going to be successful. Worked for Hardee's for 16 years in the 80's and 90's. Unfortunately, I realize just how wonderful my managers and crew were to help me achieve my goals. Thank You

What makes their burger... read more Burger was cold and they closed at 11pm. I came at 9. Too much sauce to where the burger was falling apart. Service wasn't great either. What makes their burgers so special?? It tastes the same as any ither burger? It was my first time at a Hardee's and now I don't think I'll be back. Was really looking forward to it. Oh and soda machine was down, but that can happen to anyone I guess.
