The Bell in Skenfrith offers a unique dining experience with a blend of exceptional cuisine and varied service. While many patrons rave about the delicious Sunday lunches and attentive staff, others express frustration over high surcharges and a perceived lack of appreciation for larger bookings. The atmosphere has been described as sterile at times, but beautiful surroundings near Skenfrith Castle add to its charm. Though some diners encountered closed bar services and mixed feelings on meal preparation, the restaurant generally garners praise for its delectable food and helpful staff, making it a notable choice for a special outing.
