I went for a quick lunch today and will never go back. I ordered a cheese and onion toastie on brown bread but waited 20 minutes only to be brought a cheese and ham toastie instead. I sent it back as it wasn't what we ordered and finally received the correct cheese and onion toastie. However, the cheese was barely there and the bread was hardly toasted at all.
