Some of our family have lived in Italy assured us the food is as authentic as you can get without being in Italy at this restaurant! I had a delicious eggplant dish with a side dish of sautéed spinach. When I was asked which dressing I would like for my salad, my favorite wasn’t even mentioned….just 2 Italian selections that would be offered in Italy had we been eating there.
