While many acknowledge improvements in food quality and service, issues persist, including inconsistent meal timing and inadequate staff management. Diners report long waits, service challenges, and the unpleasant smell of diesel fumes returning. However, some servers, like Laura and Kristina, have been praised for their attentiveness and knowledge. Though there are bright spots and improved offerings, many customers remain hesitant about returning, emphasizing a need for better quality control and customer care at this location.
Service was terrible. Had to wait 20 minutes to order food and then another 35 minutes before getting food. It was slow in the restaurant and we ordered easy to cook meals. The ice in our pop had completely melted before we got served. Do not recommend.
Food was really good and priced at a good price. Good size servings. Plenty of overnight truck parking.

Fantastic spot for breakfast! The staff is incredibly friendly and focused on customer satisfaction. The portion sizes are more than generous! I tried the country fried steak skillet, and it was excellent!
I had heard that Marlin's was under new management, which gave me hope that the food quality would improve. My husband and I ordered breakfast along with a hot beef combo. Unfortunately, we both ended up sick from the food, and my husband even experienced food poisoning. The manager I spoke to was very nice, but I really hope they start raising kitchen standards. It's difficult to support one of the few breakfast spots when it consistently makes you feel violently ill. As an update, the corporate manager never called back to follow up on my complaint, and they didn’t offer any reimbursement for the meal, considering we both suffered from food poisoning. This place needs to be shut down. It's clear that management doesn’t care about the health risks their dirty kitchen poses to customers.
