Monday nights and my two favorite Chinese food restaurants are closed. My elderly mother wanted Chinese food so I checked the area closest to my work and found Tong Fei. I went in after work, placed my take-out order and it came up quickly.It took me about 15 minutes to get home from the restaurant and we opened up the packages, which were all still steaming.
