Off the beaten tracks in Aachen, this place is a true gem. A kind waiter involved me in a talk on fish and to prepare them for Cuisine. Then I had a nice Amuse Bouche with a pumpkin soup with Ginger. Then Vitello Tonnato that was ok. Thereafter another intermediate course, dark berry Sorbet with a sip of Gin, truly awesome! Then Ravioli with Ricotta filling and Salvia Butter. Tutto perfetto!! Went here for a dinner with my girlfriend on a Sunday evening. Staff (two older ladies) were not friendly nor welcoming.
