What should I say, the Aquis Plaza is modern, has plenty of shops and is huge. But no matter how to turn it and turn it, no one would need it in Aachen, because it is cheaper. Especially since it has ruined a whole piece of culture or an area full of monuments. Houses and shops had to soften for this object.
