Terrible experience. We’ve previously enjoyed Kiki’s so when we got a GrubHub gift card to help with meals after our son was born we were excited to have it again. But when we ordered through Grubhub tonight it was a different story. GrubHub was very accommodating to refund us from missing and cancelled items but very disappointed in the staff.
