Edelweiss was recommended by my Uncle and they didn't disappoint! We live about 40 minutes west of Kings Park but it was well worth the trip. Their food was spectacular!!! We requests that they cater a large menu of German food and every dish was excellent. Even the cold Cucumber Salad was awesome. Who thought you could make cucumber salad so special and so good.
