This might be the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. The place is a complete mess, and the customer service is lacking. Although they are open 24 hours, if you go after 10:00 PM, there are rarely any donuts available. They do have donuts in the back, but the employees can't put them out on display because they are waiting for a Mashgiach to do it. This situation is really confusing. TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!! I tried to place an order online, but couldn't. I realized when I got there, they were in disarray because they had a large order. I placed my order for a hot drink at the cashier; I received a cold drink, and I made it clear because I saw him pick up a plastic cup. He gave me a cold drink in a paper cup! TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE!!
