I like this dunkin, they make my ice latte just perfect, plus they always have fresh donuts,yeah $5 for an ice latte is a lot but so is Starbucks and it is better at dunki too believe me I had both… there is never a line,you in and you out,parking easy,you can always order with your phone and your order will be ready when you comes,so far I haven't seen nobody without a mask,its pretty clean,no sitting there cause co... I asked the person at the counter to either put on gloves or wash his hands before preparing my food, but he said no. I even reminded him that he had just been handling money, yet he still refused. View all feedback.
Their hot chocolate was delicious and the cheese ham sandwich hit the spot.
Several staff members did not wear masks. These are the same people making the food, so it’s extreme unhygienic and disrespectful to costumers. Usually the service is great, so I am very disappointed with your COVID precautions!

It might have been the storm or a late-night drive to satisfy my sweet tooth, but the service was quite disappointing. There was no clear direction on where to order ice cream, and it felt like the man serving was dodging his responsibilities at the counter. After waiting for 30 minutes, and being the only customer there, another staff member finally stepped in to assist me. Unfortunately, the selection was also very limited. However, the items I ordered were delicious, and I enjoyed them at home. I would consider returning, but improvements in service are definitely needed.
Employee didn't want to make a milkshake, and then gave me the wrong flavor. He just seemed bitter and lazy.
