I was able to attend a taste testing event here and I have to say that I was really impressed. I also have to thank the owners for hosting the event. The food is Louisiana style, if you don't know what that is then it doesn't matter, just know that it's great. Uncle Nick's is great food and so different from what you would normally get from a western styled spot. Can you deliver to taipei??
I like the atmosphere, it's very relaxing, and uncle Nick and his wife are very nice. It was my first time to taste New Orlean food, and I like it, especially their sweets. I think I will go there again and have an afternoon tea there.
Great food, very delicious, incredible interior, nice and helpful suggestion on meals. Nice and friendly.
Can't wait to try the frybread at Uncle Nick's, my favorite place to eat in Hsinchu!
