This is a restaurant that you will never find if you go through Matsushima toll road. I grew up in a household where we put chili oil on champon, so it brought back nostalgic feelings. The portion size was just right, not the huge portions often seen in local restaurants, so I didn't feel too sleepy during my afternoon drive. I will definitely visit again, so thank you in advance.
