I visited this restaurant for the first time in 13 years. Among the Izumo soba, I really love the strong texture that reminds me of Yamagata soba. The rich flavor pairs well with the dark soy sauce. They have canned beer, but it would be perfect if they had a variety of sake and soba miso. Located inside the Kamekusu Station, this restaurant is famous for its wariko soba. Many customers order the basic three pieces, but some even go for eight pieces. It is so popular that there can be a line from the morning. The restaurant parking lot is shared with the station parking lot, and payments can also be made using PayPay.
