The chicken salt ramen at Umashi Kirenkawa Onsen town is always crowded, so I tried it here. The noodles are medium-thick and straight. Despite being called "chicken salt ramen", I didn't really taste the chicken flavor. However, the soup is refreshing yet flavorful. On top are roughly chopped raw onions.
