Very unpleasant reception that didn’t understand its function at all, or has an unprotected supervisor that didn’t master it. The restaurant encourages guests with cold air conditioning, which is switched on request, but half an hour before the closing time is triggered, so that the customer is able to fall off. As for food, the menu of the menu is much chase. Candle without taste reminiscent of a baby dish. Breakfast also has no fame e.g. eggs and other without salts and preparation in the convektomatu will be called cruelly. I understand that it is popular less to choose and understand, but here is perhaps cooking nutritional advisor and dietologist. I recommend to children with toddlers because they are so-called to the nose. The hotel offers 24-hour front desk and laundry. A paid wellness mesh, but take for 12 years a child 250, CZK per day i.e. as an adult for the whole day and that from 19h can not be in wellness to not disturb others? Does it pay for the full price for the whole day, but then do not leave it? Go to the right places! The wedding was held in the hotel!!! It wasn’t even where to sit for dinner, all closed due to the wedding. Who was talking about? Who's my attention? Hotels I prefer your connection, because the local one does not work more less. Room service? Three days I haven’t seen it and dirty towels are still on the floor, the baskets do not dry. Who sakra those stars grants??????? I do not recommend this hotel!!! Easy to go crazy.

Great staff, everyo... read more Have a nice day, we stayed at the hotel on 23.2.-25.2. and the fact that we chose the hotel purely intuitively, we were extremely satisfied. Great staff, everyone (reception, bar, restaurant, wellness staff, cleaning lady) were very nice, professional and made our stay very pleasant. The wellness area is smaller than you might be used to in wellness hotels, but here you can see that quality is more than quantity, we are lovers of relaxation in the form of saunas, and the part with saunas here is again really modern, new, beautiful and cozy, simply wonderful place where you feel very good and cozy. We also appreciated the dimming of the lights throughout the day, which gave relaxation an even higher level. The rooms are beautiful, modern, clean and cozy. The breakfast that was included in the price was excellent, with a sufficiently large selection of both sweet and savory. The option to have lunch/dinner in the hotel restaurant is a great choice, the food is not only excellent, but also beautifully prepared, the price corresponds to the quality. The hotel restaurant is also modernly furnished, we appreciated the glazing (like a winter garden), decorated with fresh flowers and light chains that added luxury and coziness to it. When we left, we received Moravian wine as an attention/gift, even these little things go a long way, so thank you. Nearby activities: The city of Znojmo completely won us over, even though we are lovers of traveling abroad and not within the Czech Republic. Znojmo is a beautiful city not only to look at, you can walk around here, typical Moravia breathes on you everywhere in the form of beautiful well-preserved buildings, lots of freely accessible walls. We highly recommend visiting the Znojmo underground. Or stop somewhere for a wine tasting or enjoy the atmosphere of a local cafe.
