Foothills Eatery
Description
**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
This restaurant serves traditional American comfort food in generous portions, making it a popular choice for hearty meals like meatloaf and fried chicken. Many patrons appreciate the friendly staff and warm atmosphere, complemented by the option to enjoy cocktails or karaoke in the adjacent bar. However, recent visits reveal troubling inconsistencies; some diners report disappointing food quality and delays in service. Despite these drawbacks, there's a lingering potential for great meals, highlighted by standout dishes like the bacon-wrapped fillet. Overall, while it offers value and charm, cautious diners may want to consider their options.

This restaurant unfortunately fails to pay its employees and permits the use of racial slurs by others. I highly recommend steering clear of this establishment and opting for a different dining option. The management is quite disappointing!
A 55 minute wait for a simple order of two French Dips nd two fries and the place was NOT busy. We watched three tables get up and leave after similar wait. We will not return as the area has better options.
Stopped in today after our Telegraph Pass hike. Enjoyed my 3 eggs and Canadian Bacon (ham), home fries, toast and endless coffee. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Clean and roomy restaurant with plenty of seating. They have daily dinner specials and from all my friends great portions and the quality of food. Will be going back soon for dinner.
Great food, fairly priced. Staff are all very pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. They have great bus people. Very interesting items throughout restaurant to look at while you eat. There is an attached bar so you can have cocktails with your meal or step over into the bar and do some karaoke. I recommend this place and am planning to return soon. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
