My husband and I drive over an hour to come here and eat. The owner is very nice and pleasant. Food is very good have had everything on the menu. Never have we had a bad meal from here. Grilled fish is the best I have had in years. The people who own this place really take pride in what they do and truly want to keep their customers happy. View all feedback.
What Angel Blaga doesn't like about Captain Arthur's:
As you can probably tell, this used to be an Arthur Treachers. They still serve up good fried food without the mustard yellow color scheme that some people may not like. But that 's what made Arthur Treachers so recognizable. Captain Arthurs needs a better outside sign to attract customers. It 's just plain white! I drove past this place for 2 months before I finally noticed it! View all feedback.
The fish was too fishy, if that makes sense. Everything else, fries, coleslaw etc was good but just couldn’t muster the fish, wasn’t good.
The fish was under cooked an the chicken was over cooked so was the hush puppies i wasn't given an tartar sauce even though I asked for extra and and received none. My recent visit was a total disappointmentFood: 1/5
