This restaurant is now under new management, and unfortunately, both the food and service have declined dramatically. Our waitress seemed disinterested and looked like she'd rather be anywhere else. I ordered the fish fry, while my friend opted for the smothered chicken. The fish fry was supposed to be a large portion, but if that was large, then I must be the Pope because it was tiny. To make matters worse, my coleslaw and roll arrived long before the fish itself. When my meal finally came, the fish and fries were overcooked and drier than the dessert. My friend commented that her chicken had an odd taste, speculating that it had been soaked in wine, and the next day, she regretted it as the chicken made a return visit in the form of food poisoning. It is simply unacceptable to experience such issues at a restaurant. The only redeeming quality was the enormous pretzel appetizer, which was quite good. I wish the original owner was still running the place; their food was excellent.

This restaurant is fantastic! Both the food and the staff are excellent. Although it can be a bit expensive, the quality justifies the cost. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
