G... read more We ordered to go, had a few drinks while I waited. The bartender was such a sweetheart. The food took a bit, but it didn't bother me because I was in no rush. Got home and the food was incredible. Probably would be even better hot, but I had to drive it 15-20 minutes home. The burger had some pink in it, and that's how I personally like it. I wouldn't even have cared if it was all pink inside ?. It was very juicy. My first time coming here, my family enjoyed it so much it will def not be our last.

The waitress was nice and welcoming, that's pretty much where the good endsOrdered 2 medium steaks, got 2 extra well done unseasoned steaks that took almost 40 minutes to come to the table from ordering.Service was amazingly slow, I considered bringing the steaks to the attention of the manager but I didn't want to wait to get someone's attention and then wait for a resolution. I've never just been so done with a place. I just wanted to leave.

The service was a little bit slower, but for a Sunday, it seemed alright. The server industry is really taxed at the moment, so we understand. Kid gave the burger an 8/10. DC liked his chicken tenders and mozz sticks. My fish and chips — for 13.99 — were alright. Not UK or anything, but hey, it was hot! Wife loved her french onion soup and salad. Spend a bit, spent some time we had, and made it a great meal. Visit when you're in York.

Although the food took a little while to be ready, it didn't bother me since I wasn't in a hurry. Once I got home, the food was amazing. It probably would have been even better if I had eaten it hot, but I had to drive it home for about 15-20 minutes. The burger had a bit of pink in the middle, which I personally prefer. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded if it was completely pink inside! It was very juicy. This was my first visit, and my family loved it so much that it definitely won't be our last.

We encountered racism! My family and I visited this restaurant on Sunday, September 18, 2022, around 6:00 PM. The server informed us that we would have to wait about two minutes for a table to be cleaned. We waited in the designated area as instructed, but even though the restaurant wasn't busy, we ended up waiting for nearly 20 minutes. During that time, the server seated multiple families that arrived after us. She made eye contact with us frequently but never communicated anything. It felt like she was prioritizing only white customers. This was the worst dining experience we've ever had. We had previously visited the location in Lancaster and were treated much better there. Ultimately, we left without placing an order!
